Host a Student*:

By hosting a student you are providing them with a free pass to Invest Atlantic:

  • Networking with industry and academic professionals
  • A much better understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem
  • Connections who might be able to help bring their entrepreneurial ideas to life
  • Information from speaker sessions that can be used towards classroom discussion and projects
  • A free pass to the Invest Atlantic 2018 event

Please note that Host-an-Entrepreneur and Host-a-Student registrations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference being given to individuals who have not previously participated in the program.

*NOTE: You can be self-nominated for both positions

* Qualifying young entrepreneurs should be early in their business life cycle and have a small business or proprietorship registered in one of the four Atlantic Provinces. If the application process gets oversubscribed, preference will be given to first time Host applicants and to the first applicant from anyone one business. 

* Qualifying students should be enrolled at a post-secondary institution in one of the four Atlantic Provinces.

* Individuals selected for the HOST programs will be responsible for their own travel and accommodations.
